Overview
Wri Lax is an anti-wrinkle serum created by CosMedical Technologies, Inc. and is billed as a Botox alternative. CosMedical Technologies, Inc. has many different products available on its official website and Wri Lax is one of the premier products in its anti-aging category. The official CosMedical Technologies, Inc. website has a ton of skin care products that span over a dozen different categories such as toners, cleansers, hydrators, and eye/lip treatments.
Wri Lax claims to minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles everywhere that it is applied on the face by using Argireline, a well known wrinkle fighting ingredient. The actual product description is fairly short and cites some clinical studies, but there isn't any actual data to back these studies up.
Product Details
Wri Lax contains Argireline, which is a peptide based ingredient that has been proven to relax facial muscles. When facial muscles relax, there is an almost immediate difference in the skin as wrinkles become a little less prominent. This ingredient is very popular in many different wrinkle fighters and doesn't seem to have any related side effects.
Some other ingredients in Wri Lax are green tea extract and vitamin E which are both powerful anti-oxidants that help your skin fight off free radicals and may help prevent damage to skin cells. Wri Lax also contains hyaluronic acid, which is a well known moisturizer that is also found in many anti-aging products. The official website for Wri Lax is fairly bland. There are no testimonials and no clinical trial data, even though the product description seems to quote clinical trials. We can't seem to find a place on the website to buy these products, which is unusual. It's possible that area is under construction as the “Terms and Conditions of Sale” section at the bottom of the page is blank. You may have to shop around the Internet to find a third party retailer that sells Wri Lax.
The Good
- Wri Lax contains a couple well known wrinkle fighting ingredients.
The Bad
- There are no testimonials available on the official website.
- The complete list of ingredients isn't posted. Only a few active ingredients accompany the product descriptions.
- You can't actually buy any products from the official website at the moment.
The Bottom Line
Wri Lax seems to contain some great ingredients. Argireline and hyaluronic acid are commonly found in some of the more high end and effective anti-aging products. The big problems we see with this product are the lack of testimonials and clinical trial data. It's not enough to hint at some clinical trial figures. A legitimate website should provide a detailed description of who took part in these trials, where the trials were conducted, and who conducted them. Until this data is available, we sugegst sticking to a more well known anti-aging product instead.
